How long does it take to ship my order?

The next communication you'll receive from us will be the shipping details, including the tracking number, once your order is ready to leave our lab. Returned to Sender?

What if my order has been marked as returned to sender?

There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address.

You will receive notice once the order arrives back to our facility. We would advise contacting our customer success management team to determine how we can proceed.

If you wish to have the product reshipped, please click here and have your order number ready. New shipping charges will be applied to orders that have been unclaimed at customs, returned by your customer, or had an incorrect address originally provided.
