Returns

Due to the nature of goods sold, all sales are final.  

We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or will mail a replacement if the incorrect item was shipped. Before replacing an item we require a Product Demo video. Click here for more information on initiating a return with a product demo.

Refunds and Exchanges:

If an individual falls within the above-mentioned situation(s), in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email within 10 days of receipt of your order.  

Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out.  If a replacement item is not available, we will refund the full purchase price.

Situations where refunds and or exchanges will not be honored:

- if a customer changes their mind about an item a refund/ exchange will not be honored.

- if an apparel product fails to fit because a customer picked the wrong size, a refund/exchange will not be honored.

-If a customer experiences sensitivity or related irritation we suggest that they avoid contact with the product that caused it. A refund/exchange will not be honored. One way to avoid any type of reaction is know what you’re allergic to and stray away from products that contain those ingredients. Before using a product we suggest spot testing on a hand or arm, allow up to 24-48 hours for results. Learn more about skin allergens here.

- If a customer isn’t satisfied with their products we invite them to leave feedback via GÜDERICH surveys, but due to the nature of goods sold at GÜDERICH all sales are final. A refund and/or exchange for another item will not be honored.

Why Are Some Products Non-Returnable?

Due to the unique nature of this business and related matters of hygiene and public safety, we cannot allow certain items to be returned. The Federal Drug and Food Administration administers rules concerning the reprocessing of devices, and equipment. Due to the current worldwide Covid-19 pandemic our staff and facilities are taking certain measures to limit and/or reduce the risk of exposure to Covid-19. We appreciate your understanding.
